All items containing silver are coated with rhodium—an anti-allergenic metal that matches or even exceeds gold and platinum in quality and value. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or it does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. Once we receive the item, we will refund its cost to your bank account.
Ellexa Jewellery provides a two-year warranty on products purchased from our online store. If you discover defects within the warranty period, contact us, and we will take care of the issue.
